Hilton Chicago/Northbrook

I stay here a few times a year and while the rooms are clean and comfortable, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Melina at the front desk went out of her way to assign me my preferred room. I have a visual impairment and I am familiar with a specific room which makes my stay easier. Melina was a great help in securing and blocking the room. The bartenders and breakfast staff have been here for years and remember their customers offering a welcoming, personalized experience you usually only get at much higher tier hotels. The rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable. They offer daily housekeeping and room service. The breakfast buffet is very nice and includes an omelet station on weekdays. The food at the restaurant and bar is very good and fairly priced. There are many hotel options in this area, but the staff here is the reason that I return over and over again.

I have no words to express my gratitude for all the staff of this hotel! Frank is amazing! He helped me so much with all that I needed. The front desk, Cora, Jesse, Gary, Melina are outstanding! They are very knowledgeable and caring. They made me feel at home allowing me to adapt my room according to my needs and were ready when asked. When I booked this hotel, I was unsure if I would be here for the period that I have to be, but I am so sure that this is the best hotel and the best staff in the area. They are incredible and also is the hotel!

When we visit Glenview, this hotel is always our first choice. Not only for the location but the staff and rooms are great. Rooms are very spacious and it is a large, quiet hotel, a lot of parking that is free! Beyond the rooms is the staff. Particularly, Cadela who helped arrange our family to all have rooms together while in town for my sisters baby shower. To have the ability to spend as much time together while we are in town was such a priceless gift. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and we were pleased. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

I'm staying here for two weeks and overall it's a good hotel, and there are good food places nearby The only problem is the bathroom door is really hard to close for some reason I don't know if the other rooms are the same but it's bad And the pool was really warm but it's probably because I went during winter. The beds are also really comfy

Tony Jim and Melina and bartender Will just made my stay unforgettable! The best hotel with sauna pool and jacuzzi And water in pool is warm. Team is so friendly so they will defenetly will take care of you ! Love you guys !

Cora was extremely helpful! Service was outstanding. However there was barely any water pressure and took 15 minutes before water got warm.

We rented a few rooms to celebrate New Year’s Eve with the family. We really enjoyed this hotel. They have a pool and hot tub downstairs. We got the jacuzzi tub room which was nice. With very welcoming and helpful staff especially from Melina. Reyna and Ivanna was also great. Jessy was able to Help my mother with check in process and helped her out.
